Tuff Duct is the answer to all your outdoor ductwork needs. It encompasses rigid board Phenolic Insulation which has double the R-Value of standard fiberglass insulation and a “Tuff” baked on pre-coated galvanized steel outer shell designed to endure extreme outdoor environments. The coating on the outer shell has a Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL 40-year warranty and is also available in a variety of colors that you can select from when designing a project to create an ascetically appealing ductwork system. The Tuff Duct connection is an industry standard 4 bolt flange (TDC or Slip On Flange) to aid in the ease of installation. Tuff Duct also includes the “Tuff Cap” which creates a completely weather tight outdoor ductwork product. Tuff Duct is built to SMACNA duct construction standards and all fabrication is done in our state-of-the-art fabrication facility located in Southwestern PA. We utilize well trained Local 12 Union Journeyman to produce a superior product on all levels.
